Doing your alcohol server training through eAlcoholServers is as simple as 1-2-3.

Seriously, it is only 3 steps. We have made a comprehensive program that will have you trained and certified in just 2.5 hours. In the training, we cover:

  • What is Responsible Alcohol Service
  • Alcohol the Drug and How it Affects the Body
  • Identifying Minors and Checking ID
  • Recognizing the Signs of an Intoxicated Person
  • Intervention Techniques
  • Liability and Drinking Laws
  • Retail Liquor Laws

In total, the training has 7 chapters including video tutorials and text-based documentation. Sounds easy enough right?

Okay, well we know you are eager to hear about HOW to get it done and just in 3 easy steps. So here goes:

1 – Complete The Course

Once you register, your training is only 2.5 hours long. You will watch real-life training videos and work through exercises to ensure you are understanding the material along the way. We also have a few end-of-chapter quiz questions to make sure you are prepared for the test questions at the end of the training. Best news yet, it is also mobile-friendly. You will be able to study anywhere and take the test anywhere.

2 – Take The Test

After completing the training you can take the test! No testing center required. Again our tests are mobile-friendly so you can take it anywhere. Depending on your state, you will either need a 70% or an 81% passing score. Didn’t pass on your first try? Not to worry, we also have free re-tests if you need it!

3 – Print Or Download Your Certificate

You did it! Now we know you need proof of completion, so you can instantly mail order, print, or download your Alcohol Servers Card. Depending on your state, we may not be the people to officially issue your card, so be sure to check with your local health department for updates if you are notified that our certificate is a temporary copy.

Now that you know how simple it is, we hope you get started today. Ensuring that bartenders, cocktail servers and sommeliers are up to date on alcohol regulations, requirements and general awareness is something that we are proud to be a part of. If you need other certifications, manuals, or just a cool card to say that you have your certificate, you can add them to your cart when you checkout at efoodhandlers.com.

As a bonus, here is a drink equivalency poster that you can print out for you and your team as a reminder. It is important to make sure you and your patrons are aware of these facts at all times. And it will help you study for the test!
